In Europe the Global Gardening Products are leading in lawn mowers, under brands such as Stiga. Bosch competes for electrical garden products, while Hozelook (UK) mainly sells in the UK and the Nordic region. Hozelook produce garden and watering tools. Fiskars have a strong position in garden tools.
There are other competitors in America such as John Deere, Modern Tool and Die (MTD) and Toro, as well as Stihl. John Deere and MTD compete with Husqvarna in lawn mowers and tractors and they are designed for consumers. Toro is specialised in riders (for professionals) and in walk-behind lawn mowers and drivers for consumers. Stihl is strong in several products.
